I purchased new tires and they put my lug nuts on backwards!
I just purchased a new vehicle and it needed new tiresI had the vehicle sit in my driveway until we got new tags on it.As soon as I got my tags I took it into Izzys tires to purchase new tiresThey put my lug nuts on BACKWARDS! The lug nuts, tire studs, and the rims are destroyed! As soon as we realized what was done we corrected the lug nuts! I called Izzys tires and they said they would, "make it right." They didn't make it rightInstead they tried to say that the vehicle was brought into them with the lug nuts backwardsIt was not and I have pictures to prove itThe owner was rude and critical towards my knowledge about MY vehicle! He claimed that since he has over years of experience that their was no way they did thatAs if their perfect?!? Anyways the problem was never fixed as they refused to do right! DO NOT GO HERE!!
