Review: My nightmare first began in Jan. 2014 my '04 Pt Cruiser was overheating so I was referred to go to J.A. Auto Repair and that they would be able to the work. I was told my head gaskets were blown and needed to be rebuilt and radiator, water pump, head set gasket, thermostat, oil & filter, spark plugs, timing kit, and new antifreeze was to be replaced. I paid 1470+$120 for total towing prior to work. I was told my car should be fine for the next 5 years. My car was in the shop for over a week when told it was going to be available sooner. Less than a month after repairs I had to return because my car was overheating again, the fluids in radiator were mixing again so I took it in and they flushed it and just charged me for antifreeze and told me to return again in a week. I returned and had told them it was mixing again. When they flushed it they said it wasn't my head gaskets because I had them checked it again to make sure I didn't blow it out. They said they had to replace the thermostat again, install a new oil cooling pump, flush radiator, and replace antifreeze costing me another $377 and time without a vehicle. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed the car sounded as if something was loose I told them that my manifold was loose and heat shield was moved and they said no that they did not touch that area, which I knew 100% they did. My car again began to overheat took it back in to flush it and same thing the fluids were mixing when I dropped off my vehicle it seemed like mechanic was avoiding me I waited 2 hrs to talk to him and was not able I left the car there and asked other mechanic to have him call me when he returned before work was done to my car, he called me about 2 hrs later saying car was fixed. I picked it up and he was not there I text him and told him it was not fix. I sent him a picture of antifreeze leaking, told me to take it in then my car overheated and was told 9 days after vehicle was at the shop that the heating core was damage to due overheating.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive full refund for what I have paid and now for the cost and time to fix the new issues that was caused by negligence. I would like for them to fix all of the repairs but I have lost trust that they are capable/trained to do the correct work. I feel that they have been avoiding me and I heard them make a comment about me when I called so now I feel uncomfortable with speaking to them or trust that they will do the right thing. This has been a nightmare for my family and I.
