I called A Professional Tree Service on Friday August and spoke with MrBerry about a tree I needed to be cut completely downMrBerry had no idea this was a Willow tree MrBerry was at my home within on hour of my call with what I considered to be a very reasonable quote The tree that I needed cut was a Willow treeMrBerry told me that the Ringling Brothers Barnum Circus would be coming in town next week and that the elephants love Willow branches and leaves He explained to me that he likes to take the limbs and leaves down to the elephants for food My husband and I thought what a wonderful thing MrBerry is doing for the elephants I called MrBerry back and contracted the jobMrBerry said his crew would be at my home on Wednesday morning His crew arrived Wednesday morning as promised This very large Willow tree was in close proximity between my house and my privacy fence I was amazed at how careful and professional these gentleman were The tree was cut with precision and great care as to not damage my house or my fence They neatly stacked all the branches out front so the loading truck could easily pick them up MrBerry and crew did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it It has been a long time since I have experienced a company that completely did everything they were suppose to do without incident They even know how to say Thank you and not use the words no problem!! I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!!
