bennett gas provides us with propane gas for a propane tank buried in our yard. It is a 500 GALLON TANK. wE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOLD THAT IF YOU PURCHASE 600 GALLONS OF PROPANE FUEL IN A 12 MONTH PERIOD THEIR TANK RENTAL WILL ONLY BE $ 12.72. WE PURCHASED 281.6 GALLONS OF GAS ON 1/28/11 THEN ON 10/21.2011 WE PURCHASED 260 GALLONS OF PROPANE FUEL, THEN ON1/13/2012 WE PURCHASED 242.6 GALLONS OF PROPANE FUEL. aLL WITHIN A 12 MONTH PERIOD. Bennett Gas billed us for 72.08 for tank rental. it should have been 12.72, I wrote bennett a letter re: this over charge. However! my wife without knowing went ahead and paid the full amount of 72.08. I received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] stating that it was a computer problem and that we would receive our over payment as a credit rather than the cash that we sent to them. We wanted the overpayment in cash. He and I spoke on the phone 3 times re: this and he told me that the check was in the mail. It never happened. His promises are not worth the breath that it took to make one. I believe that he is not going to give us the overpayment due to the fact that we may along with many others in our community are going to switch to another co. to supply our propane. If this cannot be resolve thru the Revdex.com then I will go to the KY Attorney Generals office. Thank You [redacted]
