J A Brien Plumbing Company Inc

This morning, JA Brien was parked in my reserved spot while doing work in our condo building (not my unit). My fiance asked him to move it, and 30 minutes later, it was still there. He had to ask JA Brien a second time before he actually moved his vehicle. This is absolutely unnaceptable. JA Brien has been a long term vendor to our building, and he should know that he is not to park in unauthorized spots.My fiance tried to call the company to report it and their receptionist, [redacted], told him "she didn't give a fk" and hung up on him. Completely unprofessional and a bad reflection of the HOA; (I serve on the Board). I will never use this company's service because of their blatant disregard for such a trivial thing.
