J. A. Harris Trucking, Inc. Reviews (1)
Our car was damaged by improperly secured debris that came off a JA Harris flatbed truck hauling scrap metal, the incident occurring on Route 71 in Bastrop on 3/16/2013 (JA Harris truck, license plate # [redacted]). We immediately called the phone # listed on the truck and did not get a response, but a representative called us back on his cell number a few minutes later - [redacted], cell # [redacted] confirmed that the truck was indeed hauling scrap metal that had been picked up in Austin earlier that day.[redacted] assured us that they would cover the damages and advised us to get a repair estimate and forward to their office email address at [email protected] We promptly got the estimate and emailed it to them on 3/19/2013. Since then, we have had repeated email and telephone requests to resolve the issue ignored. We did happen to reach [redacted] on his cell # again on 4/5, and he committed to have [redacted] (company [redacted])resolve and send a check for repairs -- and that he would confirm by calling us on either on Saturday, 4/6 or Monday, 4/8. Again, no call back or response has been recieved from [redacted] or any other representative of the company.
