We called this company to check out a problem with our air conditioning unit for upstairs bedrooms that was blowing hot air They said they would come out and diagnose it for free They came and said it was a blower motor that was bad and that it would be $ They came back a few days later to replace it It didn't fix it and said they would be back but never told us what the problem was and that there was any additional costs They came back a week later and went to fix it and they couldn't and said they would be back They came back a few days later and still couldn't fix it and said they would get with the owner and get back to us It was weeks later that they came back and said that they fixed it and my wife was home at the time When I got home that evening she said it wasn't fixed and they left the thermostat at degrees which is absolutely ridiculous I texted the owner right away and let him know He called me back and was very rude with me and I explained th

Complete scam artistHe showed up to work on my freezer, did not do any testsAll he said was its running hot and needs Freon, but he would have to come back out the next dayHe came back and put Freon in, but the freezer temp did not dropChuck was here maybe an hour over two days and charged me dollarsI had to call a REAL repair man later that day to fix the freezer properlyA valve was bad and all the Freon would have run out anywayChuck did not attempt to fix this issue....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
*** came out to fix my broken warefrigeration unit Repeatedly appointments were cancelled or he showed up dramatically late He changed out a valve on the unit on separate occasions, wasted freon that was in the unit and charged me $to put new freon in the unit the first time, left the unit working but it only worked for a few days and then stopped working He refused to take responsibility that his repair work (first visit $900) did not work and said it was a different problem Another valve repair ensued the next visit and more freon put in Doors were left open when they left, including the warefridgerator door (even though I reminded them to close everything) Bill was $this time Unit worked for several days then froze up again Next visit I was informed the valve was in the wrong place and they couldn't tighten it enough so they needed to move it *** quoted me $to move the pipe work and for a new valve (3rd new valve) He didn't have the
