This is not accurate at all. You contacted us for shirts. You paid a $100 deposit to order yellow shirts. We ordered the shirts for you. You came and picked them up blank to take pictures of your team. We told you that this is not really allowed because the shirts must be sold at a retail price if...

they are not printed but we worked with you and trusted you to bring them back to be printed. You then said your team didn't like those and you had us order a different style of shirt in Blue. This is not covered at all and normally we would make the customer pay a second time since we can not return those shirts without losing 35% to a restocking fee that our supplier charges us and we would have to pay return shipping which is usually about 15% or so of the order total on average. We did not charge you for the second shirts because you are a return customer and we wanted to provide you with the best service possible. Every time you came in and called we reminded you that we need 7-10 business days to complete the order once we have approved artwork, payment, etc. Every email we have sent you says very clearly at the bottom that we highly recommend getting your order in two weeks ahead of time. You contacted us on Monday December 18th and told [redacted] you wanted to drop off artwork and needed your shirts by Friday Dec 22nd. She told you that would not be possible because the processing time is 7-10 business days from the time we get approved artwork. You began to call and email repeatedly asking for ** to place your order and get it done before Dec. 22nd or you would sue JAM. ** called you back as soon as he was done with his customer. You then began yelling at ** that he would get this order done or you would sue us and "Take your business" ** told you that he could get you in JAN 2nd which was our next available appointment after the holiday rush. You eventually called back, booked the Jan 2nd appointment and then hung up on me. We tried repeatedly to help you. I can not offer you a refund when you've ordered blanks multiple times and were not charged for the extra shirts. I have more invested in this order than you have even put down as a deposit. We are sorry you are not happy as we take customer satisfaction very seriously but when you are calling yelling, demanding that we give you a 3 business day turnaround for free when we are already booked two weeks out and telling us you are going to sure us and take our business, that is the point in which we say "Have a nice day. We tried our best."
