I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is some what satisfactory to meThey did finally make contact with me, but it took for me to file complaint in order to hear from them Needless to say I will not be having them back to finish I beleive when a customer calls you , it shouldn't take weeks to get back to them

Pro-tech roofing roofed my house recentlyThey done such a wonderful jobI reccomended them to some of neighborsI'm so impressed with their workThey are also very respectful and kind peopleThey did great job installing and cleaning up after they were done! Very reasonably priced! I would reccomend them to anyone! Very awesome company!

WE DID GO OUT TO INSTALL PIPE BOOT ON ROOF AFTER THE RAIN STOP AND WE GOT BACK IN TOWN.WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE WORK.AND WE CANT GET ON ROOF DURING RAIN STORM I HAVE SPOKEN AND EXPLAINED TO MR [redacted] ALL OF THIS AND I REALLY REGRET WE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT I FEEL WE HAVE RESOLVED IT AND I WILL DO ALL I CAN FOR HIM IN THE FUTURE TO HELP HIM COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO COMPLETE ROOF WHEN BRICK WORK IS DONE.
