The home was never listed as having a new HVAC system, as it did not. A new HVAC system was in no way a part of the executed sale contract signed by both buyers and sellers on 4.23.17. The sellers completed all agreed upon repairs per the Executed Inspection notice
signed by all parties on 5.15.17. To complete agreed upon repairs per standard protocol, the sellers hired and paid *** *** *** *** to complete the HVAC repairs. By request of the buyers on 5.17.17, the sellers agreed to push out closing to accommodate the buyers getting an FHA loan. Further accommodations were made by the sellers for the buyers as the sellers also did over $of additional repair work requested for the FHA loan, even though the buyers did not end up going with an FHA loan. The sellers paid $for a home warranty of the buyers choice on the property and provided all paid receipts and lien waivers to the buyers and their agent prior to closing. The sellers are happy to provide any documentation necessary for these items. The resolution to this matter would be to contact *** *** *** *** as they performed the repair work, the HVAC inspector hired by the buyers that approved the HVAC as satisfactory on 6.13.17, and/or the warranty company that rejected the buyers claim even though they have HVAC coverage included in the home warranty.
