Joe is a total sg. His employees and anyone who defends him in anyway is a even bigger sg. Destroyed more of my home than fixed. I saw him public and he physically assaulted me then had his meatball mobster wanna be talk to me like joe is John Gotti. I feel sorry for him.

Review: * cashed my cashier's check for $5,000.00 on 8/11/2013 to purchase materials to replace the roof on my niece, * He was supposed to finish a job of 4 days and start our job the following week. He kept pushing out our job 2 days at a time and there was some rain in between, but he did a few more jobs in between. He only put a small tarp on part of her roof on 8/30/2013 after approximately 20 phone calls and her roof is still leaking in her bedroom.. On October 1, 2013 I asked him to give me my money back, we need to get the roof fixed before the snow starts. I found out he does not even have a Contractors License for the city of Niagara Falls, New York because it has been revoked. I have been trying to get my $5,000.00 back from him for a long time now and I believe he has no intention of returning this money. My niece has a lot of text messages on her cell phone with him promising to do the job, but he never actually even started at all. He has been lying to us all along and without a License, he is unable to get Permits from City Hall. He has been impersonating a Contractor, with no License, and he is misrepresenting himself in a fraudulant manor and I hope you will assist us with this matter so that he doesn't prey on anyone else. He has been avoiding my calls now and won't even return my messages. I am retired and on a fixed income and I can't believe this is happening to me.Desired Settlement: He needs to give me my money ($5,000.00) back for no services rendered.
