Ms*** fell delinquent with her home payment in December of and vacated the residenceI attached a copy of the purchase agreement for the home, it clearly states the home is purchased "AS IS"Ms*** lived there from July 29, until December 2013, during this period she as many of
us do ran into financial difficulties and in December she wasn't able to afford to live there any longer and in lieu of being evicted she left and LCF Enterprises had to reposses the home

I am rejecting this response because:
Not paying the monthly payment doesn’t mean One fell delinquent due to not having the funds to pay the billIt meant I was spending ALL of MY rescources in attempt to repair very expensive parts of the property that I was told was done BEFORE I moved inMy expenses also went to EXTREMELY HIGH gas bills that are due to the home NOT having insulation, as it was told to me it did when I signed the leaseThough it may have been on paper, AS-IS, I and my mother posed Jeff questions about the property before signing the lease & had the answers not been deceitful, the paperwork would’ve NEVER been signed. And as I previously mentioned, I moved out of my OWN free will due to CPS getting involved and telling me that staying in a home with NO HEAT, NO ELECTRIC in half the home, AND NO WATER, is neglect of a dependent and my children were at risk of being taken from me due to Jeff AND “Last Chance Finance Homes” not being honest about information concerning the home BEFORE paperwork was ever signedI called Jeff SEVERAL times concerning these previously mentioned issues and having babies in my homeHe was unbothered of any of these issues, EVEN the one HIS maintenance man caused, and told me I had to figure the issues out myselfSo in order to NOT have MY children taken away, I left “slumlord haven”...as so many others who reside in this trailer park call it, dealing with issues just as similar to my ownI was NEVER served ANY court documents concerning “foreclosure”, nor was I kicked out or removed from the premises...Which again, has been purchased by yet another person

Ms. [redacted] did make calls to my office to see if I was interested in purchasing her deceased mothers home, I wasn't interested...

therefore no calls was returned. After several call from Ms. [redacted] I did agree to meet her at the home. I told her her that I would purchase the home only after I received the title back from the BMV, knowing it is difficult to get a title transferred fro a deceased person. Ms. [redacted] final mailed me the documents to send into the BMV at the end of March / beginning of April, We sent all documents into the BMV and Title wasn't received until early May in my office. I found out that the title was in approximately 5/15/2015 which at that point Ms. [redacted] is threatening law suit, I told her she can have title back to the home and feel free to sell it to anyone she chooses. She declined. I have since mailed her the balance of the funds due to her.
