Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have been to this facility to get the reclaim form I signed that was stamped by this facility worker Do Not Put To Sleep and I still not received this form.Initially when if first spoke to [redacted] she said "they wouldn't allow me to take the dog back even if I did fill out reclaim paperwork if the dog was aggressive" Now I am hearing a different story [redacted] told me it was written on the reclaim form that I had been tried to contacted, I would like to know by who? And I will file a complain against the vet who put [redacted] to death as well as this person who claims they called me I also asked for the facility to replace the dog or the value of the dogI have emails from [redacted] the care coordinator lost pets for the facility 10/25/and I also had missed voice mails from her and spoke with her via phone after my husbands lab got lost and was turned into this facilityAt no time did anyone including the animal care tech who put [redacted] to death contact me over getting [redacted] backWhy would I have emails, facebook messages and missed calls with voice mails for one dog and not the dog I filled out a reclaim paperwork on? It makes no sense and the facts that they are saying the dog was aggressive is unbelievableThe lack of care in regards to this matter after I did the rights things to get the dog and was in and out of this facility during the times they killed [redacted] is very sadI will take further action if necessary in regards to this mattershould they not replace my dog and formally apologize for the wrongful death of my great daneSomebody at this facility made a very awful mistake in killing my dog and I can't accept the response from the facility over this Regards, [redacted] ***

The complainant was contacted regarding her concerns. We explained to her that prior to euthanizing this dog, we had tried to reach her and had in fact left a voice message at the phone number she gave us when she surrendered her dog. In that voice message we informed her why
we could not place the dog for adoption. We told her that she needed to contact us back by the end of the work day if we wished to reclaim the dog. We never received a response. We held the dog several extra days after leaving the voice message before we ultimately euthanized him due to animal aggression

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the unprofessional manner of this "company". We contacted them to install new counter tops in our home over 4 weeks ago. After coming out to look at the job and giving us an estimate they told us they would take the job. We were to call them when the counter tops were ready and they would give us a time frame for the install. Many, many calls and at least 2 weeks later they finally returned our call and said they did not have a time frame. Today we were told that they had decided to not take the job at all. Unbelievable. They wasted our time and now we have to look for a new installer.
