Lying, thieving, unprofessional, ignorant.
jj auto brokers are lying thieving unprofessional ignorant and yes they sell you broke vehicles if you are wondering if you are the only one trust me they've owed us money to fix a transmission but they are too broke to fix it she is going to run that lame a$$ game and when you bring them to court she is going to sit in a chair rather than be a real woman and swear under oath while her husband tries to outsmart the judge which by the way don't work if I were you I would take drag their a$$ to civil court like we did and even though they'll be too broke to fix it at least we can save other poor people from getting robbed by these crooks oh and please do a background check

Review: we bought a truck off this business they claimed it had no mechanical problems we had the truck for less than a day and we had to take it to a shop the brakes were bad the tires had spots ate out of them from driving it the ball joints were bad the hub assembly was bad the shocks were bad it had the wrong leaf springs in it which was causing it not to be able to be aligned we had to have all of this fixed and less than a week later it was back in the shop for bad intake valve gaskets and bad wiring the wiring is still bad we ask them to have it fixed and they refuse to the vehicle is unsafe to be on the road and could cause a fire at anytimeDesired Settlement: we would like the purchase price for the vehicle back plus the trade in we gave them and we would like the money back for all the work we have had to put in it

To whom it may concern:

I am submitting this letter in regards to the product complaint we received from [redacted]. In said letter Mr. [redacted] claims many issures on teh 2000 Chevrolet K3500 VIN#[redacted]

1) When this or any vehicle is being sold by our establishment we inform the potential customer of any and all problems we me aware of. As in almost all occasions even showing the potential customer the bill of the repairs we have made to the vehicle since we have obtained it. As in any used Car there arc the potential of mechanical errors occiarbig. especially in a vehicle of this age.

2) Mr. [redacted] prior to purchasing this vehicle was completely aware of all issues with the brakes. tires, ball joints etc. that he is claiming needed repaired. If you refer to example I, Mr. [redacted] and I both signed an agreement for J&I Autolookers to replace ONLY the front brake pads including parts and labor, with no other repairs being our responsibility. Mr. [redacted] requested this in writing after we had made the agreement verbally, which we agreed to. If you refer to example 2, you will see the bill in which we paid for these repairs agreed upon.

3) Until roughly the week of July 22nd we were completely unaware of any issues Mr. [redacted] was having with said vehicle. We profice 90% of our customers wiht a 3 month-3,000 mile power train warranty, which is paid by us, not by the customers. From that point each customer is given the option of purchasing an exteded warranty, which Mr. [redacted] was provided with both (see example 3). If Mr. [redacted] had any issues with the vehicle he had the ability to call [redacted], to our knowledge this was never done.Mr. [redacted] had any issues with the vehicle he had the ability to call [redacted], to our knowledge this was never done.

4) Again roughly the week of July 22'd Mr. [redacted]'s significant other came into our office very unhappy. She proceeded to inform us of all the issues they have had to said vehicle, once again the first we have heard of any issues. She then informed us that the vehicle was currently across the street at [redacted]s Tire with wiring issues and was not naming. She claimed that the whole entire

vehicle needed to be re-wired, we respoect Mr. [redacted] and the work he does, we provide him with several jobs on vehicles we purchase, aside from saying that we purchase that need any repairs are taken to [redacted] Buick GMC in Crawfordsville, IN were we know certified mechanics will be diagnosing and repairing our vehicles. We asked Mr. [redacted]'s significant other to take the vehicle down to them to have the issue looked at and then we would discuss any repairs needed following their diagnoses. Mr. [redacted] did not do thi;he left the vehicle at [redacted]'s Tire and had them repair it. After speaking with [redacted]'s Tire we found that this fix was a simple bare wire that took minutes to repair, that the statment being made by Mr. [redacted] that the "vehicle was unsafe and could cause a fire at anytime" was false (see example4).
