On 09/18/ 11:14:AM customer called off wanting to know how to get her car back japed customer ( Job, Address and phone JAP ) she gave all the same info then sttd she is not employed I asked why the payments are behind besides the obvious she sttd well that's really the
only reason I just haven't found another job and I got the money to pay July and augustSaid she just didn't know if she needed to use it for something else so she was holding on to it adv ma am that I do not have the invoice for the account at this time adv customer that once I recthe invoice and have it applied to the account I will be able to give her the full payoff on the loan she sttd I got to pay it off adv yes that you will have to payoff the loan to get the car back she sttd OK and the call was ended /abp

We took our car to J&J in March of 2013 for a full paint job. I picked it up and was very satisfied with the work done on the car. It looked brand new and was beautiful. There were some small body dents and a front fender that needed bodywork so the boys fixed every little ding with some bondo which is standard practice. After a month or so, I noticed some yellow spots in the areas of bondo repair and took it back to them. They acknowledged there were yellow spots but could not figure out why. I was told to drop it off the following week and it would be fixed. Upon picking the car up the following week, I learned they had repainted the entire car and recleared it at no cost to me. In my honest opinion, there are not many businesses that would do that for a customer. These guys went above and beyond what needed to be done. Their philosophy is customer satisfaction and it has to be right. I will highly recommend this shop to friends and family and when I need another car painted, it will go there.

I took our 1998 Buick Regal to J&J for a full paint job and some body work. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was right and they did a great job on the car. They are a good bunch of guys to work with and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for any kind of body work and painting you need done. I had to go back to get new door panel securement clips installed and it was done free of charge. Jim told me that it is part of the job and my satisfaction is important. This is why they have been in business for over 25 years at this location.
