Review: The relationship with the consumer was very good in the beginning. I made my first payment by check which was not deposited immediately. It came back as an NSF. I called in and made a credit card payment which also did not post immediately. On the last attempt I called the office again and gave another debit card payment, which was successful. During the call I clearly stated that I was dissolving my contract with this company. Sadly, I do not remember who I spoke with however, the lady replied by saying okay I will cancel the account and someone will call me, I never received a call. I was under the impression that it was handled but to no avail.I received an inspection report on July 9, 2015 with a bill for $85.00. I spoke with Theresa on today, July 10, 2015 regarding this matter. She looked in there records only to say, she did not see any cancellation but read the note that someone was supposed to call me. Next, in their defense she state that they have had problems collecting from me which was never the case. It just did not work out with the timing of my payments and the company's deposit periods.I was told in my initial visit that I all I had to do was call the office to cancel ant anytime, which is what I did. I strongly disagree with this invoice.I am requesting your assistance in this matter.Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like this fee waived due to the communication error made by the company.

We did adjust the customer balance and cancel the account. The customer has zero balance now.
