Review: [redacted] approached me about performing work in my yard. He and I walked around my property; I told him that I needed 9 bushes removed in the front yard, 1 bush on the side yard, and another 7 stumps pulled from the ground in the back yard. He suggested simply grinding the stumps down to just below ground level to which I agreed. We settled on $225 for the entire job plus an additional $10 for an exposed tree root in the front yard I had forgotten to show him in the front yard. He started work and I went to withdraw the money from my account. I returned about an hour later and found him getting into his truck to leave. He had already performed much of the work in the front so, when he told me that he needed to get another chain for his saw I did not mind giving him $110. He returned to work roughly 3 hours later and began working where he left off. It was just before 3:30 yesterday afternoon when I gave him the remainder of what I owed, explaining to him that we had to leave for another engagement. I trusted him to perform the work that he was paid to perform. My family and I got home home late last night in which case, I did not check the stumps in the back yard until this morning. Unfortunately, the 7 stumps I paid him to cut below ground remained. He did not follow through with the verbal agreement. I called the number provided on his business card this morning. The woman who answered said that she would ask him to return my call. After waiting 7 hours I decided to call again at which point an automated greeting told me the voicemail box was full.Desired Settlement: All I want is for him to finish the job he started. The 7 stumps in the backyard are to be cut just below ground level as was paid for in full.

Review: We contracted with this company to trim a tree and reduce the top/crown removing all limbs and clean up. Yesterday I came home and he had nearly scalped the tree only leaving two limbs. Telling us the tree was about dead and he did us a favor by taking off all of the limbs but the two. It looks horrible. We had given him 35.00 of the total price of 190.00 as a down payment the day before. Yesterday I paid him the additional 155.00 in cash and told him the yard had to be cleaned up and off our neighbors property. We have not seen him since. Called and was told his mailbox was full and left a call back number. The limbs and trash are still in the yard today and we are unable to contact him. Do not do business with this company; it is a scam.Desired Settlement: Dispose of the limbs and trash left by the workers
