As soon as he pulled into our driveway onto our property, out of the truck. a hand shake and a copy of the company's certificate of insurance. We had over 17+ trees cut down, not to mention some were in a tight spot to do our decorative aluminum fencing. [redacted] did complete followup, stayed in contact every step of the way, from the start to the finish. Cleanup was remarkable. We can't say enough about J and J Tree Wackers.
