Review: J and R pools was contracted by me in April of 2013 to re-gunite my pool that had many years of use and to remove decking around pool area and coping all around pool they finished project in late July and in a few weeks later the cracks on the stairs reappeared in the same place where they were initially .After months of calls to [redacted] and my inability to reach him has left me with no other alternative but to contact you and try to get my issue resolved.Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like him to return to my home and fix the cracks in my pool that should have been fixed.I paid $20000 to get this job done and would like my pool to not have nay cracks
