Joshua G [redacted] has failed to repair a product that he installed on my house, after agreeing to do soHe has stopped responding to my correspondence In October 2017, I had gutters installed by Joshua G [redacted] for $1,in response to poor water flow in my yard during the hurricane seasonThe job was started around October 7, and completed around October 16thOn August 19, 2018, I noticed that a piece of the gutters had become detached and I called MrG [redacted] to arrange for it to be fixedI left a message but he didn't respond and I called again on August He answered, agreed to come by and look at the gutters (he did charge a fee), and asked me to text my address to himI did so but no one ever came to the houseI called again on August and he claimed that the team was backed up and asked for the address again, as well as pictures of the fallen pieceAgain, I obliged and no one showedI reached out via text on August 24th and September 18th but still got no res
