Review: I have been purchasing from this website for many months. They have three locations, one in Muskegon, MI, Freemont, MI and jiust opened one in Lansing MI. I had purchased many items from Freemont and Muskegpn and had the items I won mailed to me. I had to only bid on small items as shipping was expensive. When they opened the Lansing location that had changed. I was able to purchase larger items from all three locations as Lansing is only an hour from me and the other two locations would have the items I won be sent to the Lansing store. I had around $700 worth of items sent to the Lansing store. I was in communication with [redacted], the owner of the Lansing office and let her know that it would be a few months to pick up the items as I was getting a large trailer and also bringing around 100 items for them to auction off for me.When I contacted her a few weeks ago to let her know I was dropping off items for her to sell and also pick up my items she told me that she resold my items because I did not pick them up. She then told me that they changed their policy that they have the right to hold onto items that they were holding for 5-10 days. She never called me or emailed me before she decided to resell my items. I was very upset, but told her that I wanted an invoice of everything she sold of mine and wanted the money that was made. All the stuff she had of mine from all three locations were paid for immediately after I won the items. She told me that she did not have records of what was sold and would not pay me. She kept all the money on my purchases and would not compensate me. I was pissed.I called the original owner in Muskegon, [redacted]. He said he would call er and see if he could work something out. He never did call when he promised he would by the end of the next week.I will be contacting my bank and put a fraud report on all items I paid for from all three locations. I also plan on making a police report. I believe that this company is unethical and a scam.Desired Settlement: A Full refund of all purchases I made that they resold and stole from me. The owner even acknowledged they changed their homepage after this to put that they have the right to charge for holding items and right to sell. I had the other two locations hold items for months as I would continue to purchase items and have them send one large package at a time. This was never an issue before.
