I spoke to customer and resolved her issues We had to resubmit times in order for her insurance to recognize the receipt of our claim But after great persistence on our part, the claim was paid Unfortunately during this process our computer software showed the balance due as due by patient instead of insurance pending This was an error in our computer software that we are still waiting to be fixed I explained all of this to the customer and she understood We appreciate her feedback and it has helped us to improve our business process Thank you!
