Hi [redacted] My name is Jeff, Owner of J and R lawns & landscapes First off, I want to apologize for any mis-communication or understand of the contract you received when signing up I am reading some notes on your account and I see on Monday 1/you originally called and spoke to on your our receptionists Vanessa and Vanessa explained that the contract is for snow plowing of 3" or more and the you said ok Then Tuesday you ( [redacted] ) called back again and stated to Patty (the office manager) that you feel you shouldn't have to do any shoveling because you have a snow plowing contract Patty stated to you the contract is for 3" or more of snow and anything less is the customers responsibility you then told Patty you didn't want to talk to her anymore and wanted to talk to Nick and hung up on Patty our office manager That area was spot checked since the last snowfall of a quick overnight 8-12" that was on Saturday morning 1/in which we did plow twice and after that another 1" from remaining light snow fell [redacted] then asked to speak with her sales person Nick in which I (Jeff, owner) was in the office for and he (Nick) stated that he could come out and plow your driveway and if there was 3" there would be no additional charge but if there wasn't 3" you would be charged the $out of contract rateYou told Nick to never mind because you didn't want to pay the $ 3" is the industry standard for residential properties and that does cover the majority of snowfalls although there will be times when the customer has to clear the 1" or 2" snowfalls If theres anything I can do for you [redacted] I would be happy to do so but please understand we can't plow driveways with 1" or 2" when the contract is for 3" due to the fact that is not how it was priced If you'd like to call our office and speak to me please call [redacted] and ask for Jeff I would be happy to try and work something out I look forward to hearing from youThank you Jeff [redacted]

Hi [redacted]My name is Jeff, Owner of J and R lawns & landscapes.  First off, I want to apologize for any mis-communication or understand of the contract you received when signing up.  I am reading some notes on your account and I see on Monday 1/15 you originally called and spoke to...

on your our receptionists Vanessa and Vanessa explained that the contract is for snow plowing of 3" or more and the you said ok.  Then Tuesday you ([redacted]) called back again and stated to Patty (the office manager) that you feel you shouldn't have to do any shoveling because you have a snow plowing contract.  Patty stated to you the contract is for 3" or more of snow and anything less is the customers responsibility.  you then told Patty you didn't want to talk to her anymore and wanted to talk to Nick and hung up on Patty our office manager.  That area was spot checked since the last snowfall of a quick overnight 8-12" that was on Saturday morning 1/13 in which we did plow twice and after that another 1" from remaining light snow fell.  [redacted] then asked to speak with her sales person Nick in which I (Jeff, owner) was in the office for and he (Nick)  stated that he could come out and plow your driveway and if there was 3" there would be no additional charge but if there wasn't 3" you would be charged the $15 out of contract rate. You told Nick to never mind because you didn't want to pay the $15.  3" is the industry standard for residential properties and that does cover the majority of snowfalls although there will be times when the customer has to clear the 1" or 2" snowfalls.  If theres anything I can do for you [redacted] I would be happy to do so but please understand we can't plow driveways with 1" or 2" when the contract is for 3" due to the fact that is not how it was priced.  If you'd like to call our office and speak to me please call [redacted] and ask for Jeff.  I would be happy to try and work something out.  I look forward to hearing from youThank you Jeff [redacted]
