This company ran my credit without my knowledge or permission in or around January of 2018. I had no knowledge until I received a letter from the credit bureau regarding the inquiry. This is harassment and illegal use of my personal information.
We understand the concern we do everything on our behalf to keep all of our customers information safe. We received an online inquiry which our process is to review after receiving the application we run credit one time to see if customer qualifies for vehicle then we have sales department contact customer within 24hours if we do not speak with customer in this time frame Customers credit. And online Application is shredded and no longer available to anyone in my office.
I am rejecting this response because: I never requested to be approved from the company online or in person.
