The pictures will also show this wasn't a job worth [redacted] This mobile home is mine according to the owner of crestview lakes villa whom we purchased this mobile home from as a lease to own sold as is [redacted] of J and S mechanical and I even discussed how a lease to own works to help me understand it is considered mine on a lease to ownThis was a pricey project for me so when he explained the problem and kept referring to a manufacturer poorly doing all I did was ask if that meant the owner should be responsible for itI did fall for an over priced company J and S mechanical, which I'll take responsibility for making such a decision and will let them keep all but $ [redacted] for the work he did put into the things he did complete and rightI'm only asking for $ [redacted] back so that I may pay a honest and professional person or company to finish what was done incorrect and what was not completed at all (like the picture attached shows) ( the picture attached is in my year old daughters room which has been left opened exposing the shower extendable pipe and the carpets tack wood or board as well as hole through floor that under trailor can be seen) Again that's in my year olds room and I have three other small children that I'm having to keep out of that area which should have been completed and put dry wall back up! The other pictures are of the cocking in the master bathroom that [redacted] mentioned several times there were two spots he didn't like and he was going to lol at and fix, in picture you can see two spots still not fixedWouldn't mind fixing myself if I didn't pay someone $ [redacted] whose contractor said things would be put back the way they were with my approvalA picture of an unexplained hole up by the shower head on the new green board dry wall he put upThen nail or screw holes showing all the way down that same wall on edgeLast pictures are of my racks that they were supposed to put back up at a foot apartThe bottom two are only one and other inches apart, so all my towels won't go back up nowBottom rack screw is only in the drywall and comes out of it Again I'll just say I paid over $ [redacted] for more and new problems and not all completeI feel I'm being reasonable asking for $***[redacted] back to have the jobs finished [redacted] kept asking for the money before the job was done to begin with saying he was goin to bounce his account for three checks he already wrote outI had the money to get the problem fixed in my home, that man didn't have funds for his own accounts and expecting to overcharge a mother trying to make her home safe for her four children!
