The salesman made a sales receipt out with our trade included. When we ask how we would get the trailer to him he said he would have a truck pick it up. So, that? was our understanding.
I borrowed the money and wrote the salesman the night before we went to Knoxville. When we got there we were treated horribly. Saying we should have known better and the deal was off. We spent a lot of money trying to make the deal. Now, I am out at least $500 in bank fees. They javuoreached out to us at all.

Refund They should have to refund the bank fees. I wouldn't have borrowed $40,000 if I had known that weren't going to keep the deal. A sales receipt is a binding contract.
