Review: Had my car towed to J Artman by the owner because my head gasket was in need of repair. While my car was in his posession, the windshield became cracked. The owner told my husband that there was already a small crack in the bottom of the windshield (which I know there was not), and that when he turned on the defrosters, the crack went halfway across my windshield. I know this is a bogus story because #1, I had my windshield repaired by [redacted] last year when a stone hit it on the highway,( I can send pictures of that, and it was fixed correctly) and according to the reapirman, there were no other cracks. #2, the heat does not blow that hot in my car, even though he said he fixed the problem. I paid over $1500 and wound up with a cracked windshield and a car that hardly has any heat.Desired Settlement: I want him to replace my windshield and give me an explanation to why my heat is not working. He told my husband that the windshield cracked when he turned on the defrosters, and the hot air cracked it. Again I ask , the hot air does not blow that hot, so how can that be the issue?
