It was late, after 11 p.m., the oven wouldn't shut off, and I was having trouble getting any appliance repair companies to even answer their phones. Then JB Appliances picked up the phone when I called, and talked me through trying to shut off the stove by flipping breakers. When that didn't stop the broiler, [redacted] the repairman came out after 12 midnight, shut off the gas, and disconnected the stove.
Today I'll call another JB Appliance employee to look more closely at the oven.
