ON 3-12-17 4:45 PM SHE START CALLING ME, SAYING THAT THE CAR DON'T START AND ASK ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR?I RESPOND, WHEN THAT CAR WAS MINE I HAVE NO PROBLEMS.KEEP CALLING AND CALLING TREATING ME SAYING TO ME, BRING A TOW TRUCK AND TAKE YOUR CAR AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I RESPOND, THAT IS YOUR CAR NOW BUT TAKE THE CAR THE MECHANIC AND I HELP YOU WITH THE HALF OF BILL.SHE SAY NO I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK OR YOU GOING TO REGREIT.

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the sellers response because  of those documents are fraudulent they were not signed by the owner of the car which is Shaquille green two I did not want the car and mediately I actually have pictures and proof of two other cars that I was interested in they were Volvo golf and a Ford Focus both were sticks my daughter did not like the cars as I was leaving actually this was the second time he had told me about the Scion first time I rejected the Scion the second time after 30 minutes of telling me all about this car took a look at it and like the car  if the car did not have starting issues the car did start after driving the car to get the windshield fixed which is also illegal because it was broken after getting that fixed getting the windows tinted the car stopped in the middle of the intersection he did not present me with a smog check if he had it would have proven that the car had issues already I asked you to ask him to prevent smog check paperwork  never one time did I threaten him never one time today ask him for a tow I have my own tote that came which I have proof of video of we cannot take someone's money and sell them a shell of a car and percent false documents and think that it's okay he never one time offer to pay to get the car fixed the car is sitting at my home as we speak the car was not driven more than 30 miles before the engine blew which I also have documents of the mechanic said that this man was well aware of the problems that the car had I have proof that I purchased to get the window fixed I have proof that I purchase coolant for the car I still do not see a resolution what is the response for the resolution if he's offering to take the car back that's awesome if he's offering to pay for half of the cost that will be acceptable but  the documents he presented or false my daughter never signed a warranty she never signed that other document ask him to prevent documents of sale because it's clearly in her name which she didn't not signed any paperwork so those documents are non in void and fraudulent
