Hello Dish Network, I called in today to start service since I seen a promotional flyer come to my homeWhen I called your sales department I started the process to enroll in serviceI spoke with a rep, he gathered all of my personal information SSN, address, DOB and moreHe placed me on hold and then a different rep answered the line and asked me the same questions the 1st rep asked for(my personal information) I felt so uncomfortable to even release anymore details about my identityAt the point I asked for a manager and had to wait at least minutes for the supervisor to come to the phoneOnce she answered she didn't ask me what the issue was she just asked for my phone number and my address then transferred me ONCE AGAIN without hearing what was going on and why she needed to be placed on the phoneSo now at this point I began to think different about this company as if I called a scam companyAfter being transferred for the 3rd time I received a rep that listened to my story and placed a lead on the lineAfter explained this long troubled morning I had with this service provider that I don't even have service with, the lead explained that I would have to do second credit check which I found unacceptableSince I had trouble with an employee not following the correct process of signing up a new customerI have never had this happen to me before where I gave all of my personal information out and then have to talk to other people who are asking for all my information over and overI will be going above a beyond to speak with corporate because I gave all my identity to this company and don't have any service or even an account number to track my info

Very poor customer serviceWhile we had service, it was always going out because of even the mildest weather conditionsI should have known signing with Dish was a bad idea when I was charged right at the get go for equipmentThen when I cancelled, I was yet charged again to return equipmentI have experience with other cable and satellite companies and was never charged such ridiculous feesReturning the equipment was a pain and extremely inconvenient on top of itThey did not send the appropriate amount of shipping kits and I had to call several times to resolve

The company reactivated an account I'd put on hold, (I work out of town a lot and don't get a chance to watch TV) without my approval, said that because when I put it on hold they told me it would automatically be restarted at this date unless I called, say they sent a letter informing me I was going to be reactivated to an address I haven't lived in in over a year, and then charged me for a month of service I didn't receive on top of the cancellation fee to discontinue the contractWhen I informed them that I didn't approve this, that nobody even watched any TV because nobody was home, I was informed that it didn't matter that was the bill

I felt so uncomfortable to even release anymore details about my identity. At the point I asked for a manager and had to wait at least 30 minutes for the supervisor to come to the phone. Once she answered she didn't ask me what the issue was she just asked for my phone number and my address then transferred me ONCE AGAIN without hearing what was going on and why she needed to be placed on the phone. So now at this point I began to think different about this company as if I called a scam company. I will be going above a beyond to speak with corporate because I gave all my identity to this company and don't have any service or even an account number to track my info.

I received ad from Dish tv stating that I would receive a 50 dollar referral fee for referring a friend, my friend received his 50 dollars but I never received mine I have called twice and only get excusses stating it will be on next bill but it never appears.
