I am a senior woman given an estimate for putting stucco on foundation. The stucco on front steps (only one done) fell off. Phoned, they came repaired. By putting stucco on warm days, very cold nights, and winter, by March the picture you see is my front steps, and also alot of discoloration of stucco occured. I went to office on [redacted] and made complaint, by which time I had filled what you see with flex seal and painted. I had never met [redacted], owner, just by mail. He came out took pictures and was to check on why discoloration and a hollow spot he found but didn't know why I would mess up my paint job even though the stucco is as you see.

Weeks went by and I called again, May 12th, Jason himself came, said he had several cases of discoloration and made a verbal promise to be in touch to put a stain block over stucco and repair my step. Haven't heard a word back yet. This company has no customer service, and are not reliable at all. All I have gotten, empty promises, no return call, and a warranty, they have their money, I have nothing. I also have All Masonry (How to Properly Install Stucco) Really! There are alot of questionable bad spots but he had his own opinion on those spots, I don't agree.
