Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/08/24) */ The business had weeks of nonstop rainThe day after work was done, there was another substantial rain which washed away some of the dirtThe business owner talked to consumer and said that he would do the repair when he was back in the areaThe consumer went ahead and had another contractor do the workThe business now considers this matter done as they cannot complete the work as requested Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2015/08/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) my neighbor recently hired this company to re-do a driveway. after a few days the owner and his crew started putting their equipment in my yard, with out permission. when I came home from work, they quickly removed their equipment. the following day they again put a lot of their equipment in my yard. when I asked them to remove their stuff, the owner began name calling me, swearing at me and over all berating me, even after I apologized for how I asked them to remove their equipment.
