I will admit that the truck is years old and does have paint issues (clear coat pealing) on the roof and hood that can not be fixed by an auto detailer, but the sides of the truck still have good paint thoughThe truck might be a little older, but it is well taken care ofBut regardless, dirt and grime is dirt and grime no matter what the age of the vehicleThe truck had zero wax applied to the paint by Mr [redacted] , and engine compartment was far from cleanThe carpets were not that bad to start with, and look about the same prior to being cleanedThe bottom line here is, Greg [redacted] did not preform the tasks that were stated in the Groupon agreement, and I feel I deserve a refund for the job that was not preformed on my vehicleMr [redacted] said he could respray the engine compartment with the pressure washer again for us, but could not guarantee it would be any cleanerI feel this is something that should have been done correctly the first time without the flimsy excuses of it being my fault because it is an older truck.Based on my Wife and I's experience, I don't feel that Mr [redacted] 's solution to this problem is valid or holds any meritI agree with Mr [redacted] stating that I am not happy with his services- [redacted]

To be perfectly honest the customer called me, and asked for a refund, I explained that I don’t give refunds Groupon would be the one that gave a refund, and Groupon won’t give a refund if I’ve already done the job. I offered to steam clean the engine again. The...

customer claims that the carpets were wet and still look the same which means they couldn’t be cleaned the way the customer desired.  It was a 13-year-old truck that I couldn’t bring back to make look brand new again. The vehicle was washed waxed and cleaned just as the Groupon explains. The customer just simply wasn’t happy.  I believe I offered a solution and the customer didn’t like the solution.
