We placed a hold deposit on a vacation rental in Jan. 2012 while staying for the winter in another rental. The rental period was to commence Oct. 1 2012 through March 31 2013 for a condo in Sedona. The hold amount was $500 and we signed the contract but there was no penalty for cancelling up until 30 days before taking occupancy.I have emailed the business with emails bouncing, I have called and talked to 2 separate people and really have received no information on when this refund will be returned to us.We have rented from this agency before and were pleased but now I can get no answers. A registered letter was sent and received by them on July 2, 2012 and there is still no contact from them. We have not been released from our obligation even though verbally I was told they would put it back in the pool for rental. Any help from you will be appreciated.Thank you,[redacted]
