Friday March 17, ______________________________________________________________...⇄ To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter in presence of and to notify that on the 3rd of March of 2017, my worker went to pick up and clean the logs of which Mr [redacted] has been complainingMr [redacted] also himself was at the jobsite and noticed the work that was being done The firewood was given to Mr [redacted] in his presenceWhen we finished cleaning and picked up the logs we left without having a conversation with Mr [redacted] , neither did he come out at the moment and ask to correct anything we were doing We have done what was necessary in reference to the complaint and resolved the details wanted by Mr [redacted] at no extra charge In reference to the return of the money that Mr [redacted] is wanting back I believe it would not be fair because of the elaboration and material of the two fences that are already done and finishedPlease keep in mind that the complaints of leaving the area dirty (even though the area was not left dirty) were fixed at no extra charge(we went back and double checked) Without more for the moment I say goodbye to you being at your orders J&B LANDSCAPING JACOB G [redacted]
