Dear Revdex.com, In regards to the complaint filed by the ***As we were instructed to paint, caulk, and putty the common areas only, the windows in the living room, kitchen, dog room, baby room and master bedroomThe pictures are black and white and I dont know where these areas are that are picturedI have questioned the guys separately and they both said that they didnt finish coat the dogs room, so please pay whatever you feel is fair as I am finished arguing.Thank you,*** *** ***

Dear Revdex.com,In regards to the complaint filed by the ***When we showed up on the job site Mr*** said he had "painted" in some areas but that they would need some "attention"This meaning that they need caulked puttied and some window scraping where paint had made its way
to the glassI have spoke to the men who were on site, both of which have been with this copay 8+ yearsI questioned all aspects of this complaintWe completed and added baby's room, master bedroom & Dog room, however the dog room did not receive a finish coat on the windowThe *** received a beautiful paint job on their trim and I'm truly sorry that they are disappointed.Thank you,*** *** ***

I have sent pictures of the work that was done to [redacted] I am rejecting the response as work was not completed as claimed through the master bedroom, my son's room, the dog room, and other areas of the house.  Pictures I sent show the door ways were not caulked or puttied, and they also show trim troughout the house that was not puttied, or touched up. I would like the bill adjusted.  I have asked the company twice for an itemized bill but have never received it.  I will pay 700.   Thank you for your help.[redacted]
