July 4, I purchased LG washing machine at ***'s and in February my washer stopped working properlyLG assigned Royal Electronics of Volusia to repair the washerFirst time a technician came to check what is wrong with machine and let me know that he will order a balance weight partsI was waiting for the repair for weeksI called them asking why is so long technician does not come to repair my washer? Representative responded that they ordered a wrong part and need to reorder it againI was waiting for weeks again, called again when the technician will do the jobThey scheduled an appointment in one week but technician showed up too late and I had to go to work, so I had to reschedule a serviceIn couple weeks got a new date of service, the company sent a technician without parts, so I asked him why do you come without parts, he responded that he thought that parts already at my houseHe called to office and find out that parts was in officeThe service was rescheduled againAfter weeks of waiting came technician, he was working almost for hours and he find out that the office gave him wrong partsNext appointment was scheduled in a couple weeks,but when a technician, checked my washer he said that not sure why my washer is not workingI had to wait for while for another serviceMy patience was over I called them,asking when my washer finally will be repaired? They took the washer and kept it in their company for two weeks and recently I got it back but my washer has the same problem- shaking, jumpingI let know to LG, they assigned another provider and who knows when it will be job done.I live without washer since February and no any answerThe Royal electronics the worse company I ever had: no responsibility, no respect to the customer, it seems to me that their attitude is who cares, and no any knowledge what so everSome of their technicians like Charles even does not know what is wrong with the productIt is time to make them accountable for a wrong services and maybe to push them out of businessI cannot believe that they are rated A+ I cannot give them even one star

I used Royal Electronics to have my Samsung dishwasher servicedThey came out several times to fix the leak but they could not find itBut the code displaying showed a leakThis went on for about months: I was not getting any help from Samsung with my problemI spoke with Nicki from Royal Electronics who spoke with Samsung regarding my dishwasher several times after they refused to give me a new oneShe not only called Samsung but spoke with the district manager and told them my problemIt took about two weeks after Nicki calling and we received a new dishwasherI feel if it was not for Nicki going above and beyond on my behalf we would have never received a new dishwasherI just want to thank Royal Electronics and especially Nicki for everything
