Customer states she had 3:15 appointment and was not seen at 4:45 or even 5:00. In fact, as documented electronically in our medical records system, patient was in exam room and seen at 4:30. Visit was complete and patient had left building by 5:06 p.m.Our office...

policy is to see emergent patients first, scheduled appointments second and walk ins third. This policy is clearly posted in our office.

I am rejecting this response because: it's still not true.  The administrator responding to my complaint was not in the reception area during my visit and it is obvious the information she has received is fabricated.  It is not true that my daughter's medical information reflects a new doctor--I would love to see this documentation.  Of course, I will find a new physician--I told you on that day that I would be looking for one.I have requested my daughter's medical records in all three email messages I've sent and this is the first time they have stated they will send them, at no charge when I get a new doctor--this should have been communicated three messages ago.  This is indicative of the level of service received from this office.  My daughter's time sitting in a doctor's office not being seen until over an hour after her scheduled appointment was of no benefit to her regardless of how you look at it--it was a waste of my time as well as hers.To be clear, I am not the only one who complains about the wait time.  One thing I've learned over the years which is helpful for any business--is the person who complains is someone with whom you should be thankful because they highlight problems which allows you to investigate and improve upon to prevent future complaints.  Of course, it takes maturity and professionalism to appreciate this. I am an administrator of an office and I am appalled by the complete lack of service from this office for all the reasons I've described in this message as those sent prior to this one--nothing has changed on my part.  I was treated poorly and the doctor was not polite during this incident and it was merely because I complained.  It's as simple as that!  You could not PAY me enough to ever treat any one of our clients in the manner I was treated in this office whether I agreed with the person or not. I expect that my daughter's records will be provided immediately upon request.  Revdex.com, I don't know what the process is supposed to be, but I am not satisfied whatsoever with the outcome of this.  I'm hoping there are options other than going back and forth with someone who was not present and is not being truthful.  There can be no resolve if this is all there is to remedy this.
