Review: the email below was sent to me about a lighting purchase that I made through this company it advertised the dj lighting system for 99.99 on there web site but now the will not send me what was advertised on the website they want me to pay more money then what it was advertised for and this was told me after they charged my account for 99.99. They say they can only send the lights with out the full package but what was advertised was the full system with controller and cases and stand. We recently loaded the American DJ Mega Par Profile System, with the pricing for the American DJ Mega Profile Par. We can either send you a single unit at the price you payed or charge you the full system ($399.99) which includes 4 units, a controller, lighting stand, stand bag, and a case. On May 21st, 2013 customer [redacted] placed order online for an American DJ Mega Par Profile System. An "authorization" had been placed on the card as all orders that come through our online system do, however there was no payment taken. Customer was notified on May 22nd, 2013 that the product was incorrectly loaded and we could not complete transaction as placed. Authorization was voided on May 22nd, 2013, and NO payment was ever captured or taken by JB Online LLC.

All written correspondence has been included as this was not included in customer's complaint. Please shut case so this does not waste any more time.

Review: I ordered costume making supplies from Ellumiglow on 10/10/2011 and paid for "Express Saver" [redacted] shipping. When I did not receive the products, I called the number listed on their website. They subsequently indicated that the product had not even shipped yet. When I inquired about the cost of the expedited shipping, I was told that they would not refund the cost of the expedited shipping and if I didn't like it, I could cancel the order.I thanked the service rep ([redacted]) for his time and ended the call after making him aware that I was extremely dissatisfied with their lack of concern and poor cutomer service.Shortly thereafter, I received an email indicating that they cancelled the order.The public should be made aware of this level of customer service and be warned!!

Review: I contacted the new cust. Svc member who said they would pass the message along to [redacted] the owner. I had bought a EL wire and the with connecting plug in the battery was bent and I was unable to straighten so could not make a connection with the wire to the battery box. I called 3-4 times left messages, emailed and have had no response to get this replaced. [redacted] had nicely replaced a previous broken wire to a bike spoke but this time there has been no communication to settle it.Desired Settlement: replace the EL wire
