As for the
complaint for Ms***, we had gone back and satisfied her with the serviceShe said she would state this when she talks with the Revdex.com again
We had set up a time to go back and take care of the original issue however, I, have been going through some serious health issues and both ***, the plumber, and I, were caught up in hospitalsI know our customers are a priority and without them we wouldn't in businessI did explain this to Ms*** and she said she understood and would change her review after we came back out to correct the issue
Please cc us when you do get in contact with her so I can make sure she did in fact change her review for J&B Plumbing
