My concerns were answered by phone with the owner himself or the job supervisor promptly and professionally. I had 3 bids, all in the same price ball park. They were up front about the time line and when they did arrive to do the job it was done with a crackerjack team of roofers who clearly worked well with each other and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up every day and I felt safe to let the pets out into the yard. I would recommend them to anyone.
We got the best treatment from Jb Roofing. Showed up on time ready to work, Got everything done before the thanksgiving holiday as promised. All the employees were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Brand new tile roof with no more leaks. Definitive feel like we got extra care with a personal touch from the owner. Everything went great and the whole process was explained so we could understand. Special thanks to the office staff for clearing up a permitting mistake made by the county. Recommending Jb Roofing to all my neighbors and friends.

Everything went great--from making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to determine the problem and fix it on the spot. Shout out to Adam who was the first who actually got out a ladder and climbed up on the roof to inspect it! All 3 other companies I had out for an estimate never did, and all three of them recommended new roofs costing thousands of dollars! Turns out it was a minor problem. I am happy to report that it has since rained and there was no more leaking! I am very happy with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Money deposit for re roof on my house
I have been waiting since Feb XX XXXX. Every time I call *** says it will be another
4 weeks. Permit was approved
But has balance of 191
72 to be completed. Is this fraud elderly abuse? I paid deposit for new roof since Feb 2018 and u am in hurricane season without roof please help

The contract was signed and deposit collected in February, along with multiple other clients. Hurricane Irma created a huge surge of re-roofs all at once. Many other clients also had to wait 4-6 months for their project to begin. This was not uncommon in the industry at the time. This particular client was very impatient and began harassing both our office and the building department office. We have since returned her deposit (on June 27 or 28, 2018) minus the cost of the permit we pulled and the time she cost the office staff with her copious amounts of phone calls.
