The complaint filed with the Revdex.com by Ms. [redacted] was directed toward"Lee Newspapers". For the record, I am responding on behalf of both the Missoulian .newspaper and the Ravalli Republic newspaper; both owned by Lee Enterprises.Ms. [redacted] is a current subscriber to the Missoulian...

newspaper and has been since July of2014. She receives the Missoulian 7-days per week at a cost of $33.10 per month whichis charged directly to her credit card and explains that portion of the disputed charges.Ms. [redacted] was also a subscriber to the Ravalli Republic newspaper until March 10, 2017.When she terminated her print subscription, there was an unpaid account balance of$32.12. Ms. [redacted] restarted her account with a digital only Ravalli Republicsubscription on March 28,2017. The $10 charges totaling $40 went toward the accountbalance ($30) plus the $10 for the monthly subscription charge for April. The $2.12difference was written off. We take customer service very seriously. After reviewing the account, I believe Ms.[redacted] has been correctly billed for her current Missoulian and Ravalli Republicsubscriptions.Sincerely,Linda O[redacted]Audience DirectorMissoulian & Ravalli Republic406-523-5355

Revdex.com:
I appreciate the response from the Missoulian and the Ravalli Republic. I had sought assistance from Lee Newspapers, which was the entity that repeatedly charged my credit card. It would have been helpful if they had responded to one of my 5 phone messages.I have reviewed the response made by the Missoulian and Ravalli Republic in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that their explanation is satisfactory to me. I will follow up directly with them to resolve the subscription issue that remains.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
