On March 18th, our family set out to purchase a vehicle We went to different dealerships, drove vehicles and bought a vehicle at the end of a long day We let each dealership know exactly what we were looking for and that we intended to purchase a vehicle the same day At Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield we drove vehicles Two of the three vehicles we test drove had a price tag, a Spitzer value price and the MSRP The vehicle we liked the best did not have a listed price I informed the salesman that I was interested in one particular vehicle and we wanted to know the priceWe were told to sit down and wait a few minutes Everything went downhill from here The typical, demeaning car buying experience that I thought was a thing of the past began at that moment Our family of four sat at a table and waited for the news that never came The salesman came back with a blank piece of paper and asked for more information and my monthly payment goal we left the table and found the Sales Manager ourselves Instead of giving us a price on the vehicle, the sales manager wanted to know why we didn't like the other two vehicles Our family walked out of Spitzer Chevrolet in Northfield, OH in dismay and without a price on the vehicle we wanted to purchase! We drove to Rittman OH and found a professional staff and bought the vehicle we were looking for I apologized to my wife and daughters for the experience at Spitzer
