On 4/6/14 Order ID [redacted], I ordered a total of $100.16 worth of items. I have sent numerous emails plus called a few times & left voice messages with a [redacted] @ ###-###-####. I only received 1 email on 5/6/14 saying (Hi,Please see our previous message, we are just short on 2 items so it is on hold, please advise.[redacted].jbtoolsales.com) I replied with both several emails & 2 phone calls again asking what 2 items are short & when do you expect them to come in with my cell # asking them to call me to discuss. They have had no further contact with me at all. They sell items on their website that are not available, take your money for over a month & refuse to communicate. Yes I paid with pay pal & can get my money back. But it is the principle that they are scamming people selling items online that are not available to ship & do not respond to calls or emails. Their phone number is not listed on their website, I got it from pay pal. They make interest for over a month on your money without even sending you what you paid for. When I log into their website the site says I have no order at all, yet they took $100.16 on 4/6/14 for my order. No where does it even list what I ordered & can not get a copy of my order. No email confirmation was sent with detailed order. Everything so far about this online company screams SCAM. If they were a legitimate company they would respond to my many phone calls & emails. They need to be arrested for scamming innocent people out of their money by selling products that do not exist to be shipped & by keeping your money making interest off your money while they avoid talking to you. The longer they do not respond via email or phone the longer they keep your money making interest off your money. Huge internet SCAM. Go ahead & try the business phone number & see if you can ever get a real person to talk too. Try their email contact, if you have an order they won't respond, but might respond thinking they can get your money for an order only! SCAM SCAM
