In simple terms, James Byler gave me an estimate to install windows in my house. We agreed on May 24th for install. I gave him $575 down payment on May 3rd. He cashed the check 5 days later. May 22nd (2 days before the install date) he called to cancel and reschedule for Mid June. After that he would not answer any calls from my phone (only text messages). We agreed if he couldn't install before July 1st he would refund our money. July 1st came and he texted that he needed a few weeks to pay us back. This complaint is being written on August 5th and we still haven't heard from him.
