Northern California, Inc(“Suddath”) in response to the Complaint Suddath provided moving and storage services for *** ***In the Complaint, Mr*** alleges that fourteen (14) boxes containing certain of his household goods went missing during the course of the services provided by Suddath. Mr*** is looking to receive reimbursement for the purportedly missing boxes of household goods Mr*** submitted a claim form to Suddath seeking reimbursement in the amount of $1,as compensation for the allegedly missing boxesSuddath’s customer care team diligently worked with Mr*** to process and resolve his claim. Consistent with the desired outcome that he identified in the Complaint, Suddath issued a check to Mr*** in the amount of $1,to fully and finally settle his claim.
