J Bar D was contracted to install electrical and water service to my new mobil homeWater line is installed less than 6" below grade State recommends deeper installation to protect water source from freezingI rely on the water to service my house and supply water for my horses When (not if) it freezes I'll have to haul water from friends or neighbors until it thaws outIf the line is not installed below the frost line, I can be out of water for an extended length of time

I got a quote for a new septic from pro septic and hired himFrom the start had issues and that would be that in the quote it says he gets the permit but I was the one stuck going to denton county and filing the paperwork for the permit he was like clueless and even though I choose him because in the quote it said it included the permit but I paid for itAfter getting the permit he came out and told me it was a day job they installed it and he advised that denton county passed it and if I could give him the check for 7,and his guys would be over in a couple of hours to cover it up after waiting hours I called him and Joe told me it didn't pass inspection and that he needed more sand which he knew this prior to me paying him in full so I waited until after July 4th the sand was deliveredThe guys filled up the septic system and failed to turn off the electricity for it so it drained all the water, then it rained I kept calling Joe asking when he would be out & I was told to be patient etcIn the meantime it rained and the septic tank foated up and tilt when I called him to ask when he would be out to put in the sand & finish up due to he was paid in full and he would need to fix the tank it was jacked up he came out and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about accused me of turning on the electric to the septic system when in fact it was his guys that left that day and left it onThen I start getting the excuse that air stream has to come out with a crane and they would be there the next week I take off work only for a no show, this went on for another monthThen I was told to be patient oh yeah be patient and you got my 7,and I have a brand new house I can't live in until I get it doneSeveral times he would tell me he was coming but a no show, I called the Denton County inspector and that's when I found out the inspector told joe on the 1st day he inspected it he wouldn't pass it so it was a lie just to get the checkI took off work several times with him not showing up and would not answer my call or text I even tried to contact clearstream and they wouldn't return calls eitherFinally after days and after it rained for hours Joe calls me and hes determined to bring out his crane and get the septic fixedThere were so many days from the time he started to the 60th day that he could of got out there and fixed itHe called me up like angry and like I should appreciate itI had paid him in full and months had gone by with no systemShortly after it was finished up the alarm went off and he did send someone out after I called him timesI texted him a few weeks after that to ask about the care of the system with no return call or textFinally the 2nd time I smelled a bad odor I pulled the maintcontract that I had to have when I got the permit from the county because it says they check it times a yearWhen I called Kings septic he wanted to know who did the system I told him and he advised that joe owed him money but he would honor the contract and the nice guy at Kings septic came out and serviced it for me and revised the date of the contract since it was months from the time he issued it to me to the time joe finished the systemThen I started to certified letters from Blueline for over 8,for lift rentals and they were attached to my property I texted him and he got mad he told me he would handle itThen a month goes by and I get a another notice for a certified letter and it was blueline again about possible lien on my property for him not paying his billI texted him again and he send me a text asking why I'm all up into his finances I told him I wasn't and I'm texting him because I'm getting certified letters that he hasn't paid his bill and that they were threating with a lienI think he was trying to take advantage of meI would like to add that after the tank tilted he kept telling me that the hole had to be dry and then it would dry up and he would tell me he was coming and only to be a no show this went on a couple of times and after waiting for over weeks it rained again so I got out there and tried to get the water out because I was fed up with him and just wanted it done and wanted to live in my new houseI have my ex hustband call several times because he was taking advantage of meNot sure why he told me the hole had to be dry because he came out on the day it rained for hours and put boards down and took his backhoe over my other house and the septic we have for that house and made large ruts which are still thereNothing but a nightmare and I was ready to sue him and file a complaint since he took money for services and did not complete

I have been told multiple times by *** *** they would be out to start the job
This has gone on since the middle of MarchHe (*** ***) has promised each time "will be out next week" with equipmentHis first quote was $6,but changed it to $7,I accepted thisThe initial servery was completed in MarchI have already paid $3,to his company on March 15th
Now he won't call me backI just the job done!!!!!!!!!

I hired ProSeptic after getting a $quote from JoeHe then came back and said it would be $because he forgot to include current tank disposalWhich was my first red flagWhen he gave me that $quote, me mentioned numerous times it included every cost including tank disposalSo that was his first lieI looked past it since it was a verbal quote and I couldn’t prove itPaid him $depositThey did the job and said they would come back after inspection and grade the yardInspection passesJoe’s employee comes out, drives his truck and flatbed trailer through the yard, running over the drain field, breaking a sprinkler head and getting stuckPerfectJoe comes out to pull him out and they start a screaming match in the streetSo big ruts in the yardI was actually surprised they replaced the broken sprinklerAlso discovered they never hooked up the gray line to the septic tank so water from the washing machine is just flowing into the yardDid they come fix it? NoEven after numerous promises he was sending someone outThen he just stopped responding all togetherMy renters moved out a few months later (he didn’t like their dogs and tried to use that as an excuse not to come back) and I tell Joe they’re gone, he needs to come connect this pipe and grade the yardHe never responded to text or callsMind you, there’s been holes and exposed tank lids for monthsAnyways, he never respondsSo I end up hiring a local plumber to come connect the pipe and level the backyardJoe will be receiving that $bill for someone else having to finish the jobWord to the wise...if you want to take a chance and hire these guysDon’t pay them in full until the job is 100% complete and correctBetter yet, just don’t hire these isThere’s better companies out thereI wish I could give less than starI suppose they have an F rating for a reasonI should have done my research

Pro Septic installed a septic system and had to remove trees at a cost of $4,plus the cost of $8,for the septic systemwhen cutting the trees down a limb hit the roof of my shed and put a hole in itI paid Pro Septic the $13,and was told they would come back in a few days to fix the roofWhen no one came to fix the roof I call and was told to be patienceIts been days from the full payment of the septic and trees removedThe owner does not have time to talk or answer my textsMy last text on Monday May 7, I told Joe Slater (the owner)I have been very patience and it's time to fix the roof on my shedPlease schedule the time to fix it or give me the information for your insurance and I will get with themHe has chosen to ignore me

I signed a contract with this company to do pad site development for my new home to include clearing the lot, pushing brush and putting in an aerobic septic system*** Slater ended up dozing all of the huge boulders and rocks to the back of my property (tons) and leaving it there instead of removing it per the contractThe septic system is also not working properly which could very well be a health hazardThere appears to be leaks around the sprinkler heads and they are not workingIn fact, they have never turned on since the installation which has been about two months*** avoids my calls and will not answer my text messagesHe is very unprofessional and has used profanity several times which I do have witnessesHe needs to do the right thing and finish the job in a professional manner

I hired proseptic to do a full septic upgrade and replacement through Home advisor They did not get the proper city permits and never came back to finish the job but took my money

Extremely pleased with my replacement septic tank The crew was very professional and polite They clean up everything before leavingI would highly recommend this company

We hired this organization to do a new septic install in November While he said he had the proper permits, he did not and the city denied him We've been asking for our $deposit to be returned since November, but he fails to respond Basically, he took the money and did no work
