The package was signed for on March 15, by ***, Since this is a family member we will refer them to the property officer for more informationAs far as the package, we will contact *** this afternoon to have the package returned for a full refund and this will bring a close to this matter

if you had indicated in your first response that this was at *** instead of saying you had no record of receiving the order I would not be rejecting the response To now say you will contact the property office to return the materials and issue a refund means that instead of now directing the need for the property office to deliver the package you take me back to say are one all I wanted was to get the order delivered if you had provided correct response in the beginning or even answered your phone this complaint would not have been required

The package was delivered in April and the inmate was on segregation and has been for a couple of monthsThe property officer has informed me this morning that it will be issued when he comes out of lockupAlso we only have one phone number for us and it is ###-###-####

Please provide the date the check was cashed and the check number for the orderWe do not have an order for this person and no record of ever receiving itIf the order does come to us we will return it to the correctional centerA copy of this complaint will be sent to the property officer at
