Last Sunday, January 22, 2017, around 1:pm, I went downstairs in the basement to put a load of laundry in the dryer, I saw a big puddle of water around the drain!!!! At first I thought my washing machine sprung a leak, but the floor around it was dry, so I knew it wass coming from the drainMind you, it's a Sunday afternoon, and it was the day *** was playing!! I didn't think we would be lucky finding anyone to come out! I didn't want to take any chances looking in the phonebook, and so, I remembered we used the Revdex.com website a few years ago when we needed new windowsI called Blanton Plumbing and was told someone would come out right awayI want you to know that Tony and his helper Christian not only were prompt in coming to our home, Tony looked at the basement floor, went outside to the catch basin and explained everything to my husband BobSaid the catch basin should be cleaned in the future and gave us a name and number he recommended, Tony and Christian unplugged the pipe that had tree roots growing inside of it, said it would be better to have a inch clean out, rod and camera installed, to prevent this from happening again, gave us the cost for the jobTony and Christian cleaned up the basement and made everything betterTony even played with our Puppy Muka, throwing the ball up the basement stairs and her throwing it back downTony said that the office is very dog friendlyI would highly recommend Tony and Christian for any drain or plumbing problemI hope I never have to see them again!! But if our drain backs up again or if any family member needs a plumber I would tell them to call J Blanton Plumbing and ask for Tony and Christian :)
