Review: This co moved me on Nov 14th. I ended up with 2 missing items, a broken mirror, and the sod in my front yard destroyed ( moving van ran over it when they were leaving)
The movers took the broken mirror with them and explained that they would have a new one cut to match the broken one ( it was part of a vanity)
The movers advised me that they would look for the missing items and get back to me but they never did
The minute u realized that the movers drove over my sod, I contacted the company ( it was on the evening of the move). They assured me that someone would be out the next day or Saturday morning. That never happened.
I have contacted 2 people from the company at least 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks and nothing has been resolved. Its unacceptableDesired Settlement: I want my sod replaced. Furniture / mirror either replaced or compensated for, and I want MY broken mirror returned.

Response:
The sod has been contracted to be fixed. The landscaping company was backed up on getting a salesman out to do an estimate for repair. Once completed they were trying to get out there but we have had a lot of rain and bad weather. Then they had to order in the materials to do work, also the holidays have been an issue. I have already paid them to go out to fix the sod. I have called this week to find out when they will be there and there office is closed till 1-6-14. As far as the repairs go my driver took the mirror not knowing that the customer chose the standard deduction of .60 cents per pound per article. Which she does not want to hear.
